Our Story
With more than 40 years combined industry experience between them, optometrist brothers Lharn and Vern Howard know a thing or two about eye health. They care about the local community and are committed to an impeccable standard of eye care and customer service.
After more than a decade working at larger corporate brands, they were keen to provide a quality, affordable, independent eye care service – and in 2007, they stepped out on their own and opened the doors to their very own practice.
Blue Frog Optics has since grown from that first practice in Mildura, adding locations in Broken Hill, Wagga Wagga, Leeton and Temora to the Blue Frog family. We now have 25 employees between our five practices and we’re still growing!
